Steps
- Wash and peel your vegetables.
- Using a spiralizer, make noodles with the cucumber, beet and carrot.
- Add noodles into a bowl and add lime juice, olive oil, sea salt and pepper.
- Mix well and arrange on a serving platter. Garnish with feta cheese.
Chef’s Tip: You can add grated ginger to the noodles for a little extra zing.
