Steps
- Chop all vegetables.
- In a large skillet add olive oil then add onions, Bell Peppers, garlic and celery.
- Cook until you start seeing your vegetables turn golden brown.
- Add tomatoes to the skillet for a few minutes to soften them and add seasoning.
- Sauté for another minute.
- Transfer into food processor and mix until creamy.
