We are currently seeking an applicant to join our team and fill a full-time position as a Customer Service Manager working remotely in Ohio. Reporting directly to the VP; Operations.
We are looking for a strong team player who is collaborative, driven and thrives in an environment which encourages innovation and results. Someone with a track record of championing results between teams and driving customer experience strategy while creating opportunities enhanced performance with fewer rejections and improved client engagement.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with store produce merchandisers to ensure alignment with merchandising execution.
- Observe distribution inventory processes and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and service level.
- Organize customer distribution centers with customer teams and co-ordinate with internal team members to inspect NFF product with the customer team as needed.
- Visit customer’s distribution centers strategically to assess the quality of the product and the customer experience with Nature Fresh deliveries.
- Work with customer distribution teams to identify crucial factors for the teams at the delivery locations.
- Create reports for internal action plans with recommendations based on finds at the distribution centers.
- Create and grow relationships with the quality management teams of key customers.
- Hire and develop associates for the field service team.
- Gathers, develops, and manages customer solutions with internal stakeholders to improve the customer experience.
- Act as a liaison between customer distribution center teams and internal teams.
- Works as part of a team for the success of the business, exhibiting attention to detail and accuracy in performing duties.
- Create and provide monthly reports outlining quality and follow up with the distribution centers on key issues to ensure they have been resolved.
- Adheres to workplace policies and procedures.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing a Customer Experience team.
- Strong track record of driving results and transforming performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to develop and cultivate positive relationships both externally and internally.
- Previous retail and store management would be considered an asset.
- Extensive customer service and/or sales experience.
- A valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle are required.
- A valid passport and ability to travel locally and internationally are required.
- Very high degree of confidentiality and integrity required regarding all aspects of the business.
- Exceptional communication abilities, active listening skills and written communication skills.
Working Conditions:
- Remote work
- Works Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays and holidays as required. Hours may fluctuate according to business needs. May be required to work after hours as needed.
- Travels to customer locations as required.
Compensation will be based on experience.
