Originally from Clarendon, Jamaica, which is a small farming town, Adrian H. has been working in the agricultural field for a good portion of his life. When he was still living in Jamaica, Adrian managed his own small farm, but now that he is living and working in Canada, Adrian is expanding his knowledge of agriculture as a Greenhouse Supervisor at one of our Leamington, ON greenhouses!

Being a Greenhouse Supervisor fits Adrian’s personality and skill-set well: “My role as a Greenhouse Supervisor matches who I have always been – I’m organized, a hard worker, persistent, a problem-solver, and I love working with a range of people that have different talents. You need to be all of these things to be a good Supervisor.”

Being a Greenhouse Supervisor requires Adrian to welcome continuous learning opportunities as he supervises and passes knowledge on to his team.
