Conor C. will tell you that, since he was a kid, he has always been selling, solving problems, and working as part of a team. Conor grew up playing competitive hockey, which is what got him addicted to success and the adrenaline rush that comes with it. After he stopped playing hockey, Conor thought he would never experience that rush again – until he started working in Sales!

The greenhouse industry captured Conor hook, line, and sinker on his very first day: “I walked into my first greenhouse knowing nothing about produce, and I was taken aback by what I saw. The volatility and excitement of fresh produce, and the dedicated people who work with it every day, are what make this the most rewarding industry in the world. It is the perfect fit for me.”

He knows that working at Nature Fresh Farms will give Conor many new opportunities for personal and professional growth: “This year I moved away from the comforts of my hometown and I know this will help me grow as a person. I’m excited to meet new people and make long-lasting relationships with my new family here at Nature Fresh Farms.”

Although Conor has moved on from playing hockey, he still enjoys playing a riveting round of golf during the week, going boating, and travelling with friends and family.

In his role as a Retail Sales Account Manager at Nature Fresh Farms, Conor is tasked with maintaining strong relationships with our valued retail partners, identifying new business opportunities with existing partners, and discovering new avenues for business development.
