“Nature Fresh Farms is such a supportive company.”

For much of her lifetime, Eva W. has worked in agriculture. In 2017, Eva joined Nature Fresh Farms as a member of our Quality Control team, but when a position in our Human Resources department became available, she eagerly applied and made the switch! Eva has loved her role ever since and is excited to continue doing work she enjoys!

Our Human Resources department is a busy place to work, but Eva is always up for the challenge: “If you’re going to work in Human Resources at a greenhouse farm, you need to be able to multitask, pay attention to details, manage your time well, and be able to work as a team! You also need to be able to lend a hand wherever the help is needed.”

The supportive culture of our company has stood out to Eva during her time with us: “Nature Fresh Farms is such a supportive company, not only to our community, but especially within to our employees. It is amazing to see everyone come together, even when times get tough. And it’s awesome to have such a big work family!”

A defining moment for Eva happened this year when, after over a year of searching, she purchased her first house! Eva is excited to start doing some updates and renovations on the house to make it into a home.

Eva’s primary responsibility within the Human Resources department is completing any and all payroll-related tasks. However, every member of our Human Resources team wears many hats, so Eva is always there to help with a variety of administrative tasks or miscellaneous activities that need to get done.
