“I didn’t choose the greenhouse industry – it chose me.”

Since he was 17 years old, Frank N. has worked in the greenhouse industry in Leamington, ON. Before his family moved to Canada, he worked with his dad on the family farm – that is where is interest in agriculture was born. Frank has now been working at Nature Fresh Farms for 7 years, and he is currently our General Manager!

When Frank started working at Nature Fresh Farms, he knew he was in the right place: “Starting at Nature Fresh Farms was a defining moment for me – it feels like family. I really enjoy working with the owners and all the people throughout the organization.”

Like many of our leaders, Frank enjoys growing both plants and people: “I am always looking for opportunities to coach our people and help them succeed. Seeing people grow professionally and being there to encourage that growth is really rewarding for me. I’m looking forward to seeing how our team develops in the next year and beyond.”

On a more personal note, Frank is all about family. His most defining moments for him have been getting married and becoming a father to three children. He spends most of his free time with his family, as well as playing baseball and watching his sons play their own sports.

As the General Manager in Leamington, Frank is responsible for providing support and guidance to our team, developing strategic plans for our company’s growth, and ensuring our operations are running as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Frank is one of the #GrowToPeople!
