“Passion is what drives me to be successful in my position.”

Spencer L. grew up in Southwestern Ontario, but he had no experience in the fresh produce industry before coming to Nature Fresh Farms. About three years ago, he started working at our farm and in our warehouses to gain a greater understanding for how we grow and operate. His days are now very different than when he was working at the farm – that’s because Spencer is now one of our Salespeople!

Working at Nature Fresh Farms has become a rewarding and valuable experience for Spencer: “Since beginning my career with Nature Fresh Farms, I have grown as a person and gained valuable life skills. In so many ways, Nature Fresh Farms represents opportunity for me.”

His story isn’t done yet – Spencer knows he has many defining moments still ahead of him, both personally and professionally: “As a Salesperson, my job is very rewarding – especially when working for a company that is growing so quickly! I am really looking forward to seeing how my story progresses and how I continue to grow (literally and figuratively).”

When he isn’t in the Sales office, Spencer spends his free time hanging out with his family and girlfriend, following his favorite sports teams (go Red Wings!), and boating on Lake Erie and other waterways around Ontario!

A typical day for Spencer involves building relationships with customers, visiting our valued partners to present exciting new opportunities with our company, and attending industry trade shows to share our story. He is one of the #GrowToPeople!
