- Wash all produce before preparing.
- Chop celery & carrots while dicing Tomato, Bell Pepper and apple.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl with the exception of lettuce and mix well.
- To assemble a wrap, place 1 lettuce leaf on a clean work surface. Spread 1 to 2 tbsp. of mixture on the closest end of each lettuce leaf to you. Ensure to leave a 1-inch border around the lettuce leaf.
- Roll the lettuce leaf away from you.
Add quinoa to the wrap for a little protein.
