- In a pot of boiling water add your gnocchi and boil until the gnocchi floats.
- In a preheated pan add your olive oil, tomatoes, chili flakes and garlic.
- Sauté until the tomatoes start to split.
- Mix well with gnocchi ensuring gnocchi is well seasoned.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh basil and cheese.
