- In a sauté pan over medium heat, add olive oil and mixed Grape Tomatoes.
- Sauté until tomatoes blister and turn golden brown.
- Take tomatoes off of heat and add balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Gently mix.
- Place on serving bowl and garnish with toasted almonds.
Chef’s Tip: To turn this recipe into an appetizer place in an oven proof dish and top with goat cheese. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is warm and soft.
