- Wash and trim broccoli.
- Heat a medium size pot half full of water on high heat.
- Once water is boiling place broccoli in water and cook for 2 minutes.
- Strain and place onto a hot grill, to add a little char.
- Once broccoli is at desired color, place in a bowl with Bell Peppers.
- Season, add olive oil and mix well. Serve on a platter or in individual portions.
Chef’s Tip: Substitute olive oil for sesame oil and fresh ginger then garnish with toasted sesame seeds for an Asian flare.
