- Allow cream cheese to soften in advance.
- Roast & dice Bell Peppers (click here for recipe)
- With a hand mixer, mix cream cheese & condensed milk.
- Stir in roasted Bell Peppers and pour mixture into serving bowl.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until the cheese cake is set.
Chef’s Tip: To make this into a multi-use recipe, omit the graham crackers and use as a fruit dip.
