Steps
- Dice Beefsteak Tomatoes and habanero pepper.
- Combine all ingredients into heavy bottomed pot and bring to a boil on medium high heat.
- Stir frequently.
- Once the mixture is boiling steadily, reduce heat to medium-low heat and simmer until the mixture thickens in consistency, approximately 30 min.
Chef’s Tip: Tomato jelly is great for a spread on a crusty whole grain bread sandwich.
