The 4 Best Summer Mocktails

Here are 4 refreshing mocktail recipes to keep you cool this summer.

Mixed Berry & Cucumber Bellini Mocktail

Sweet berries and cool Cucumbers make a delicious combination in this Bellini Mocktail. This sweet drink is perfect for celebrating July 4th or enjoying on a hot summer afternoon by the pool.

Mixed Berry & Cucumber Bellini Mocktail with fresh berries

What You’ll Need

  • 1 Mini Cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. white sugar
  • 2 cups flavored club soda (Strawberry or Cherry)

How to Mix

  1. Wash produce before preparing.
  2. To prepare the mixed berry sauce, add Cucumber, blueberries, strawberries, and water to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water to thin the mixture if it is not blending well.
  3. Wet the rim of your glasses and dip the rims in white sugar.
  4. Add berry sauce to the bottom of your glasses and top with flavored club soda. Garnish with blueberries and a strawberry on the rim!

Fresh Tomato Virgin Caesar

Whether you’re using fresh Tomatoes or your favorite tomato juice, homemade Virgin Caesars are the ultimate nonalcoholic beverage to make for celebrating Canada Day this year!

What You’ll Need

  • 6 pounds Tomatoes-on-the-Vine, coarsely chopped
  • 6 celery stalks, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups very coarsely chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. fresh pepper
  • 2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Crushed ice
  • Lemon wedges for garnish
  • Cherry Tomatoes for garnish
  • Green olives for garnish

How to Mix

  1. Wash produce before preparing.
  2. Puree Tomatoes, celery, parsley, and 1 tablespoon of salt in several batches in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and chill at least 1 hour.
  3. Force mixture through a food mill or mesh sieve into a bowl, discarding solids. Stir in Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
  4. Mix remaining salt and pepper together on a plate. Moisten the rim of mason jar glasses with a lemon wedge, then dip each rim in the salt and pepper.
  5. Fill each glass halfway with crushed ice, then fill with juice.
  6. Garnish with Cherry Tomatoes and green olives on drink skewers. You can also stick a leafy celery stalk in each drink to add a pop of vibrant green!

Cucumber Melon Sangria Mocktail

Sangria Mocktails are a refreshing drink made for summer patio season! This recipe may feature cool Cucumbers and honeydew melon, but it is easily customizable to feature your favorite fresh fruits.

Cucumber Melon Sangria Mocktail served in white wine glasses

What You’ll Need

  • 6 Mini Cucumbers, sliced
  • ½ honeydew melon, cubed
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 large bottle white grape juice
  • 3-6 cups club soda

How to Mix

  1. Wash produce before preparing.

  3. Refrigerate the pitcher for 2-4 hours.
  4. Just before serving, pour in the club soda and gently stir to combine. Serve over ice in white wine glasses.

Lemon Ginger Virgin Cooler

Lemon, Cucumbers, and ginger are 3 flavors that pair incredibly well in cool summer drinks! This Virgin Cooler recipe is simple, light, and oh-so refreshing.

What You’ll Need

  • 2 Mini Cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp. white sugar
  • 2 cups plain club soda
  • 1 tsp. non-alcoholic ginger beer
  • Crushed ice

How to Mix

  1. Wash produce before preparing.
  2. Fill glasses half of the way with crushed ice. Divide sliced Mini Cucumbers between both glasses. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar to each glass.
  3. Juice half a lemon and divide amongst the two glasses. Slice two rounds from the remaining half of the lemon to use as garnish.
  4. Fill your glasses with club soda and add ½ a teaspoon of non-alcoholic ginger beer to each glass. Stir, add garnish, and enjoy!
