Over a decade ago Pam C. transitioned careers into the world of produce, seeking new possibilities in a dynamic industry. A member of the Nature Fresh Farms team since November 2020, Pam’s dedication and passion for food service have been an enormous asset to our sales team as an Account Manager.

Pam’s passion for agriculture is stoked by the constantly changing landscape that creates new possibilities daily: “After working in produce, I think I would find it difficult to work in a different field. Although I welcome the occasional quiet day, I’ve become accustomed to the fast pace of the industry and the challenges that keep us on our toes. Knowing that our flavorful products are being used in various menu concepts across North America is both exciting and rewarding, especially in National Restaurant Chains.”

A dedicated mother, Pam is supportive and nurturing of her kids’ dreams. Her daughter, who had spent a year in Germany on a Rotary Youth Exchange Program, is now studying International Relations and her son, a travel football player, is studying Architecture. “The birth of my children are the defining moments of my life. Watching them grow and excel over the years, and being there to help support their growth, has been most rewarding.

As a sales account manager specializing in food service, Pam is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, pursuing new opportunities, and growing sales within the Foodservice Distribution network for the overall growth of the company. Pam is one of our #GrowToPeople.
