Approaching every day with a strong will to succeed, Isaac S. has always believed in doing his best to leave everything – from a campsite to a jobsite – in a better state than how he found it. That’s why Isaac has dedicated himself to finding rewarding work, helping others, and raising a loving family with his wife!

‘Free time’ isn’t a phrase that enters Isaac’s vocabulary too often – he is constantly staying busy outside of work with his family and church commitments, as well as helping to organize and manage many youth-focused events and organized sports.

As our Director of Operations for all Distribution Centers, Isaac is responsible for leading the operations at the Nature Fresh Farms Distribution Center in Ontario and Ohio, managing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software program, and ensuring continuous improvement in the various Distribution Center departments.
