“I’ve been at the Delta, OH greenhouse since the beginning!”

Since he was 14, Jason M. has been working in the greenhouse industry. He worked for 21 years in a local 10-acre garden greenhouse doing everything from General Labor to Truck Driving, Growing, Shipping, Maintenance, and Management. When he heard that Nature Fresh Farms was coming to Delta in 2015, it did more than just pique his interest – he submitted his resume and was hired!

Opportunity is a big part of what drew Jason to working at Nature Fresh Farms: “When I first applied, I knew this company had a lot of growth to look forward to. But Nature Fresh Farms has also given me the opportunity to grow as a person.”

In his spare time, Jason is involved with community organizations, including his local hunting club, and the local Future Farmers of America (FFA) chapter. Jason is a committed advocate for forest clean up, firearm safety training, and agriculture education. And of course, he loves going to local schools to root on their sports teams!

As the Lead Maintenance Technician in Delta, Jason is often busy making important building repairs, troubleshooting our growing systems, or servicing essential equipment. He is one of the #GrowToPeople!
