Odin M. has a diverse background in agriculture from his home in Honduras having grown coffee, lettuce, radishes, and mustard seed just to name a few. Odin has worked through the Canadian Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) Program for 7 years, the last 3 of which we have been lucky to have him at Nature Fresh Farms.

Odin made the decision to come to Canada seeking adventure and a better life for his family: “I came to Canada to help my children get the best education possible and to give my family a home to call our own. I was also very excited to learn about a new country and experience a new culture.” Odin regards his positive attitude as his biggest asset as a worker: “My attitude toward things is my biggest strength. I enjoy learning new things and working hard. Even if I don’t know how to do something I am eager to learn and figure it out.”

In his spare time Odin enjoys talking to his family, hanging out with friends, and going for bike rides. As one of our General Laborers, Odin performs many different crop maintenance tasks with speed and care. Odin is one of our #GrowToPeople!
