“I’ve worked at Nature Fresh Farms for 13 years, and it has been the best 13 years of my life.”

Ever since he moved from London, ON to Leamington, ON in 2009, Ray R. has been working at Nature Fresh Farms in the Janitorial department. When he started at our operation, he was worried about working in a new place with new people, but over the past 10 years, Ray says he has been treated with respect, made friends with everyone at work, and improved both personally and professionally!

For Ray, Nature Fresh Farms has become an important place where he always feels at home: “This company is trustworthy in every way, and the people I work with every day have become my family and friends. My team knows they can always rely on me, and I am so thankful for the Managers and staff at Nature Fresh Farms for supporting me.”

In Ray’s eyes, every day represents a new opportunity: “I look forward to each day that I get to come into work. Whatever responsibility I’m given for that day, I am determined to work hard and finish what I need to do. I want to show everyone that I’m improving each day and I am happy to be here!”

If he’s not at home reading a book or keeping busy with renovations, you can often find Ray at a local coffee shop catching up with friends and family. As long as he is keeping busy and staying active, Ray is happy!

Often found atop his Zamboni cleaning the greenhouse walkways or other work areas, Ray has a big impact on our facilities by keeping them in tip-top condition. No matter the task, Ray always has a big smile on his face and is ready to take on the challenge. Ray is one of our #GrowtoPeople!
