Vania V. was born in Bolivia, but she has been living in Fulton County, OH since she was 11 years old. Coming up on 4 years with our company, Vania has been working at our Delta, OH greenhouse since November 2016. After holding a position as our Human Resources Manager for just over a year, Vania has officially transitioned into a new role as our Operations Manager in Delta, OH!

Before coming to Nature Fresh Farms, Vania completed her BBA degree and specialized in International Business: “I always wanted to work for an international company, and since Nature Fresh Farms has greenhouses in the US and Canada, and they were coming to my community, I was determined to get my foot in the door and work here.”

As our Operations Manager at our Ohio greenhouse, Vania loves being involved in all areas of our organization and developing skills as she continues her journey with our team: “Throughout my career at Nature Fresh Farms, I have developed many skills that have helped me grow and find opportunities. Some of those skills are problem solving, managing, and the most important, thinking innovatively.”

While free time is sometimes hard to come by for Vania, she believes spending time with her friends and family is the best way for her to unwind and relax.

As our Operations Manager, Vania makes sure that every department within our organization is working efficiently and that all company policies are being followed. Vania also dedicates much of her time to finding solutions for some of the challenges we may face and continuing to improve each area of our operation so we can be as efficient and effective as possible.
