“Eat your veggies” is the age-old parental saying, but when it comes down to it, the majority of Canadians and Americans are not eating enough fruits and vegetables. It’s recommended to choose a variety of colorful veggies and aim for 1 to 3 cups daily, depending on your age and gender.
Building healthy eating habits starts at a young age, so our goal is to show children that eating veggies can be fun, especially when they are in the kitchen helping.
