Steps
- Wash Cucumber, Tomato, lettuce, Bell Pepper and cut into pieces.
- On a platter arrange lettuce, Bell Pepper, cucumber, grilled chicken and egg.
- In a small sized bowl add olive oil and white balsamic vinegar.
- Whisk until well incorporated and evenly drizzle over salad.
Chef’s Tip: Using all the same ingredients, add a tortilla or a flat bread to make a great grab & go lunch for work or school!
