Steps
- Add noodles to a pot of boiling salted water.
- In a pan add olive oil, bell peppers, peas, ham and sauté for one or two minutes.
- Once noodles are done, strain and immediately transfer to pan.
- Toss and season with salt and pepper.
- Once the mixture is mixed add parmesan and ricotta cheese.
- Mix again.
- Transfer to a serving platter.
Chef’s Tip: This is a great cold pasta salad to take along on a picnic.
