Steps
- Cut vegetable into thin strips and add to a mixing bowl.
- Add olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, chili flakes, mix well and let stand for 5 minutes.
- On a tortilla shell layer favorite greens and top with grilled vegetable.
- Fold in the two sides of tortilla and roll and enjoy.
Chef’s Tip: For extra protein you can add chicken, beef or tofu.
