- Wash and trim brussels sprouts then cut in half.
- Heat a medium size sauté pan on medium-high heat.
- Cook olive oil and brussels sprouts in the pan until they are golden brown.
- Remove Brussel sprouts from pan.
- Add tomatoes to pan and cook until the tomatoes blister.
- Mix Tomatoes and brussels sprouts together.
- Season to your liking and enjoy!
