Steps
- Roast Bell Pepper (Click here for recipe)
- Wash and trim brussels sprouts then cut in half.
- Heat a sauté pan on medium-high heat.
- Add olive oil and brussels sprouts; cook until golden brown.
- Toss roasted Bell Peppers and season to your liking.
- Garnish with thinly sliced red onions and enjoy!
