Steps
- Halve Red Cherry Tomatoes, crumble feta cheese, and thinly slice zucchini & basil leaves.
- Combine Cherry Tomatoes zucchini, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Toss with balsamic vinegar and 1 tbsp. of olive oil.
- Carefully mix in feta and basil. Drizzle remaining olive oil over salad just prior to serving.
Chef’s tip: For a tasty alternative, substitute zucchini for cucumbers.
