- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Let Stand for 5 minutes.
- Form into balls
- Once all mixture has been made into balls, place in a pre-heated nonstick skillet with a small amount of cooking spray. This may have to be done in two batches depending on size of your skillet.
- Once you have seared your spinach balls, add your sauce and cook to a gentle simmer about 4-6 minutes.
