- Preheat sauté pan to medium-high heat.
- Add olive oil, onions, peppers, and diced tomatoes.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid burning.
- Add seasoning, and cook for additional 5 minutes.
- Top the slider buns with pulled bell pepper, then add a bit of slaw.
- Top with other half of bun, and enjoy!
