- In a pot of boiling salted water cook ravioli (about 7 minutes).
- In a preheated sauté pan add olive oil, mushrooms, garlic, bell peppers and sauté for a couple of minutes.
- Once the ravioli has been cooked, strain and add to your peppers and mushrooms, season with sea salt and pepper.
- Add Parmesan cheese and gently mix together.
- Place on a serving platter.
Chef’s Tip: You can substitute Ravioli for any pasta you like.
