- Dice Roma Tomato, Bell Pepper, cilantro, white onion and jalapeno pepper.
- Cut avocados into halves, and remove pit. Peel the skin off each avocado.
- Place avocados in a large bowl and mash with fork until creamy.
- Add Tomato, Bell Pepper, onion, cilantro and jalapeno.
- Stir until well blended.
- Cues in half, and squeeze over mixture.
- Stir well.
